Some of you already know that this beautiful woman right here is my best friend and soul sister.

Today is IBCLC day and for me it is a dream to be able to do our ‘work’ together serving mothers side by side. I don’t know that we realized over 20 yrs ago when we met that our life’s work and life purpose would be so inextricably linked.

We have ‘mothered’ together since the first baby was born. We have endured the joy and pain of labor & birth together. And we have ‘grown up’ as women and mothers together. This deep understanding for mothering-in-community is what we bring to you now on your journey.

She holds space for your transition in our Mama Rising circles weekly. She visits you at home during the most tender early postpartum time to guide you with breastfeeding. She celebrates you in this rite of passage with meaningful ceremony. She sometimes even holds your hand and breathes with you during your birthing time.

What a gift she is to our Sacred Birth mamas and families and to our entire Central Florida community 💗 Happy IBCLC day to the very best one we know and love!

💕 Our GROW circles are monthly opportunities for deep learning on important and often overlooked topics in pregnancy and birth.

🪷Topics include:
🌱The wisdom of traditional postpartum care (or the “cuarentena”)
🌱Preparing for breastfeeding
🌱Physiological birth preparation (aka “spinning babies”)
🌱The significance of the birth altar
🌱Creating YOUR birth affirmations
🌱and More!

🌹Each month your midwives, along with our team, will walk you through a deeper exploration and help you to reflect on each of these topics with the intention of supporting your pregnancy journey, birth preparation and transition into motherhood.

✨Our GROW circles are inspired by and incorporate Michelle’s background and training in Birthing from Within methods and personal growth work.

🔥Ready for the best part??? You don’t have to leave your home for it! GROW circles are held via Zoom so you can attend even in your pajamas and no need for a sitter!
