🌹Each month your midwives, along with our team, will walk you through a deeper exploration and help you to reflect on each of these topics with the intention of supporting your pregnancy journey, birth preparation and transition into motherhood.

✨Our GROW circles are inspired by and incorporate Michelle’s background and training in Birthing from Within methods and personal growth work.

🔥Ready for the best part??? You don’t have to leave your home for it! GROW circles are held via Zoom so you can attend even in your pajamas and no need for a sitter!
